Carmen

Carmen is a sweet, approachable and dedicated Support Worker who finds great satisfaction in helping people overcome challenges, build confidence and maintain their independence in everyday life. She values creating respectful and trusting relationships with both clients and their families, and takes pride in ensuring the people she supports feel comfortable, supported and never alone.

Having worked with Gold Care Home Services for 5 years, Carmen has developed valuable experience supporting clients in their homes and communities. She holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), and other qualifications in Laboratory Techniques and Chemical Technology.

Based in the eastern suburbs, Carmen supports clients across Maroubra, Clovelly, North Bondi, Rosebery, Waterloo, Pyrmont, Burwood and surrounding suburbs.

Outside of work, Carmen enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, dancing and bushwalking. She is also passionate about her career and enjoys keeping up to date with industry developments and changes within the care sector.
