Norha

Norha is a dedicated, caring, and professional Support Worker who truly enjoys supporting older adults, helping them maintain their independence and making a positive difference in their lives. She finds it especially rewarding to see the joy and satisfaction on her clients’ faces, knowing her care has helped brighten their day.

Having worked with Gold Care Home Services for almost 3 years, Norha is passionate about providing consistent, high-quality support to the people she cares for. She is currently completing a Certificate III in Individual Support at Rockford College, further developing her skills in specialised care.

Based in the St George area, Norha supports clients across Concord West, Five Dock, Belfield, Narwee, Lugarno, Oatley, Maroubra and surrounding suburbs.

Norha speaks both Spanish and English, allowing her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and create comfortable, supportive relationships.

Outside of work, Norha enjoys home gardening and caring for her plants, especially begonias and calla lilies. She also enjoys general knowledge trivia, learning new things and spending quality time with friends.
