Rose
Support Worker | South-Western Sydney
Rose is a sweet, caring, and dedicated Support Worker who finds great joy in helping elderly clients feel supported, valued and cared for. She loves building meaningful connections with her clients, listening to their stories and bringing happiness to their day through her visits. Having been with Gold Care Home Services for over 6 years, Rose has developed valuable hands-on experience supporting elderly clients in their homes and communities. Based in South-Western Sydney, Rose supports clients across Campsie, Croydon, Kingsgrove, Punchbowl, Concord and surrounding areas. Rose finds it incredibly rewarding knowing she can make a positive difference in her clients’ lives and enjoys the genuine appreciation and trust they show her. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, looking after her garden and catching up with friends.

Carmen
Support Worker | Eastern Suburbs
Carmen is a sweet, approachable and dedicated Support Worker who finds great satisfaction in helping people overcome challenges, build confidence and maintain their independence in everyday life. She values creating respectful and trusting relationships with both clients and their families, and takes pride in ensuring the people she supports feel comfortable, supported and never alone. Having worked with Gold Care Home Services for 5 years, Carmen has developed valuable experience supporting clients in their homes and communities. She holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), and other qualifications in Laboratory Techniques and Chemical Technology. Based in the eastern suburbs, Carmen supports clients across Maroubra, Clovelly, North Bondi, Rosebery, Waterloo, Pyrmont, Burwood and surrounding suburbs. Outside of work, Carmen enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, dancing and bushwalking. She is also passionate about her career and enjoys keeping up to date with industry developments and changes within the care sector.

Cherine
Support Worker | Greater Western Sydney
Cherine is a warm, caring, and approachable Support Worker who loves the satisfaction that comes from helping people in need and building meaningful friendships along the way. With 4 and a half years of experience in the care industry, Cherine holds a Certificate III in Community Services and is fluent in English as well as a native Arabic speaker, allowing her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Based in the Greater Western Sydney region, Cherine supports clients across Fairfield, Ryde, Greystanes, Smithfield, Horningsea Park, Bonnyrigg Heights, Casula and surrounding areas. Outside of work, Cherine enjoys gardening and going to the gym.

Zakaria
Support Worker | Inner West
Zakaria is a kind, gentle, and dedicated Support Worker who enjoys making a positive difference in people’s lives every day. He values building meaningful relationships with clients and supporting them to maintain their independence while helping them feel respected, valued and comfortable in their daily activities. Having worked in the care industry since 2021 and with Gold Care Home Services for over 4 years, Zakaria has developed valuable experience supporting clients in their homes and communities. He holds a Certificate IV in Disability and speaks fluent English, native Bengali, and basic Hindi, allowing him to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Based in the Inner West, Zakaria supports clients across Croydon, Haberfield, Campsie, Breakfast Point, Cabarita, Ryde, Randwick and surrounding suburbs. Outside of work, Zakaria enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, and watching sports, especially cricket and soccer. He also enjoys watching cooking shows and learning about different recipes and cooking styles.

Helen
Support Worker | Inner West
Helen is a warm-hearted, caring, and dedicated Support Worker who is passionate about helping older Australians maintain their independence and quality of life. She loves hearing her clients' stories, supporting people from diverse backgrounds, and building meaningful relationships based on trust, respect and genuine care. With 7 years experience in residential aged care before moving into community home care, Helen brings valuable knowledge and a genuine passion for supporting others. She holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability), along with First Aid and CPR certifications, and has experience supporting clients living with dementia and those requiring palliative care. Based in the Inner West, Helen supports clients across Abbotsford, Five Dock, Haberfield, Stanmore, Homebush, Burwood, Ashfield, Croydon Park, Dulwich Hill, Pyrmont, Redfern, Bondi and surrounding suburbs. Helen primarily speaks English and has a basic understanding of Italian and Serbian. She strongly values each person's right to autonomy and encourages positivity in all circumstances. Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, travelling, watching movies, photography and is an avid ragdoll cat lover.

Martina
Support Worker | Sutherland Shire & St George
Martina is a confident, caring, and positive Support Worker who enjoys interacting with people, making them smile and helping them feel more positive after every interaction. She loves brightening her clients’ days and making them feel genuinely cared for. Having been with Gold Care Home Services for 4 years, Martina has developed valuable hands-on experience supporting clients in their homes and communities. She speaks fluent English and is a native Slovak and Czech speaker, allowing her to connect comfortably with clients from diverse backgrounds. Based in the Sutherland Shire, Martina supports clients across the Sutherland Shire and St George areas. Outside of work, Martina enjoys reading, going to the gym, walking, cooking and fashion.

Vitoria
Support Worker | St George
Vitoria is a caring, positive, and dedicated Support Worker who loves building genuine connections with people and helping them maintain their independence, confidence and quality of life. She believes that every participant has a unique story and finds it incredibly rewarding to support people in achieving their goals and remaining active in their community. Vitoria has been working for Gold Care since last year and brings a wealth of experience from her previous career as a Physiotherapist in Brazil. She is a qualified Physiotherapist with a Postgraduate Degree in Sports Physiotherapy and holds current First Aid and CPR certifications. Her professional background provides additional expertise in mobility, rehabilitation, exercise, falls prevention, and supporting participants to maintain their independence and wellbeing. Based in the St George area, Vitoria supports clients across St George, the Sutherland Shire, the Inner West, Canterbury-Bankstown, Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore and surrounding areas. Vitoria speaks native Portuguese and fluent English, allowing her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and build meaningful, trusting relationships. Outside of work, Vitoria enjoys reading, running, going to the gym, travelling and spending time outdoors. She also loves learning new things, exploring different cultures, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Tatiana
Support Worker | Canterbury-Bankstown
Tatiana is a caring, patient, and reliable Support Worker who is passionate about helping people maintain their quality of life, independence and sense of connection. She enjoys getting to know each person's unique background, culture, and interests, and loves creating meaningful moments through conversation, music, shared memories and companionship. Having worked in home and community care since 2022, Tatiana has experience supporting older adults with personal care, domestic assistance, transport, shopping, companionship and community participation. She holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), as well as current First Aid and CPR qualifications. Based in the Canterbury-Bankstown region, Tatiana supports clients across Glebe, Stanmore, Summer Hill, Roselands, Punchbowl, Bankstown, Oatley, Monterey and surrounding suburbs. Originally from Colombia, Tatiana speaks native Spanish and fluent English, allowing her to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and create comfortable, supportive relationships. Outside of work, Tatiana enjoys reading, going to the gym and spending time with her cats. She is also passionate about animal welfare and dedicates time to rescuing and caring for stray cats, helping them find safe and loving homes.
