Cesar oversees quality assurance and business operations, supporting the team, strengthening systems and processes, and helping drive the organisation’s continued growth.

Rishad supports HR and Work Health & Safety at Gold Care, coordinating staff training, workplace compliance and WHS matters to help maintain a safe and supportive environment.
