Carlos is a friendly, respectful, and dependable Support Worker who enjoys helping people maintain their independence and quality of life. He values building positive relationships with participants, listening to their stories, supporting them to achieve their goals and helping them stay connected with their community.

Carlos has experience supporting participants from a variety of backgrounds and with diverse support needs. With a background in customer service and IT support, he brings strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to his role. He is known for being patient, compassionate and committed to providing high-quality support.

Based in Bayside, Carlos supports clients across Birchgrove, Leichhardt, Surry Hills, Darling Point, Waterloo, Bondi, Clovelly, Malabar and surrounding suburbs. Carlos speaks both Spanish and English, allowing him to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and create comfortable, supportive relationships.

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys walking, exercising, photography, technology, learning new skills, spending time with family and friends, and exploring different parts of Sydney.
