Helen

Helen is a warm-hearted, caring, and dedicated Support Worker who is passionate about helping older Australians maintain their independence and quality of life. She loves hearing her clients' stories, supporting people from diverse backgrounds, and building meaningful relationships based on trust, respect and genuine care.

With 7 years experience in residential aged care before moving into community home care, Helen brings valuable knowledge and a genuine passion for supporting others. She holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability), along with First Aid and CPR certifications, and has experience supporting clients living with dementia and those requiring palliative care.

Based in the Inner West, Helen supports clients across Abbotsford, Five Dock, Haberfield, Stanmore, Homebush, Burwood, Ashfield, Croydon Park, Dulwich Hill, Pyrmont, Redfern, Bondi and surrounding suburbs.

Helen primarily speaks English and has a basic understanding of Italian and Serbian. She strongly values each person's right to autonomy and encourages positivity in all circumstances.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, travelling, watching movies, photography and is an avid ragdoll cat lover.
