Maria Ines

Maria is a warm, caring, and personable Support Worker who loves getting to know the people she supports. She particularly enjoys listening to her clients’ stories, sharing conversations over a cuppa, and building genuine relationships that help them feel comfortable and valued.

With 11 years of experience in Home and Community Care, including 1 year with Gold Care Home Services, Maria brings extensive experience supporting older people in their homes and communities. She holds a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Individual Support (Ageing).

Based in Sydney’s Inner City, Maria supports clients across Rushcutters Bay, Maroubra, Matraville, Mascot, Earlwood and surrounding suburbs.

Maria speaks both English and Spanish, allowing her to connect comfortably with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and expressing her creative side through art, drawing, and crocheting.
