Nataly

Nataly is a friendly, patient, and caring Support Worker who enjoys getting to know the people she supports and building genuine relationships. She loves knowing that even the smallest acts of kindness can brighten someone's day and is passionate about helping clients maintain their independence while feeling comfortable, respected and listened to.

Having worked in home care for 2 years, including the past year with Gold Care Home Services, Nataly brings a calm, person-centred approach to every visit. Her background in sales and customer service has equipped her with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, allowing her to adapt her support to each client's individual needs and preferences.

Based in the Canterbury-Bankstown area, Nataly regularly supports clients across multiple regions of Sydney, including St Leonards, Haberfield, Leichhardt, Summer Hill, Burwood, Pyrmont, Waterloo, Kensington, Bondi Junction, Bass Hill, Dolans Bay and surrounding suburbs.

Nataly speaks both Spanish and English, allowing her to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and build meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, Nataly enjoys walking along the beach, exploring nature, watching sunrises and sunsets, and reading whenever she gets the chance.
